DR. HOWARD

Dr.
Howard Fuller is the author of more than 25 papers in leading quality,
statistical, and validation journals, Dr. Fuller earned his Ph.D. in
Quality Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior
to founding Fuller, Jones & Associates with Mr. Jones, Dr. Fuller
was Corporate Vice President of Quality and Reliability at SanDisk
and Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Quality and Functional
Excellence at Solectron. Earlier in his career, Dr. Fuller was
Corporate Director of Design for Six Sigma at Seagate Technology and
Manager of the Quality Assurance/Statistical Support Group at LifeScan,
a Johnson & Johnson company. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Dr. Fuller’s
responsibilities have spanned the development and worldwide implementation of
numerous quality management systems

ANDREW M.
JONES, MBA |
|
Andrew Jones holds an MBA in
International Business and has served as a Senior Examiner for the Baldrige National Quality Program. Mr. Jones is an expert in the
content and application of Performance Architecture standards and
systems worldwide. Mr. Jones is widely recognized for his notable
successes in implementing Process Reengineering, Six Sigma, Lean,
and Benchmarking programs. Over the span of his noteworthy career,
Mr. Jones has led numerous Performance Improvement initiatives for
FJA’s distinguished clients and previously managed Performance
Improvement programs at SONY Pictures Entertainment, GMAC Mortgage,
Intuit, and Cisco Systems.

TERRENCE
N. CHURCH, ESQ. |
|
Terrence Church is an
attorney specializing in licensing and complex commercial transactions for
hi-tech and corporate clients. He has diverse experience as a senior legal
executive within prominent, publicly traded companies including PeopleSoft,
Cisco Systems and LSI Logic Corporation. Mr. Church has successfully developed
and implemented a broad range of projects to restructure and refine both legal
and business processes, reducing costs and improving utilization of existing
resources. Following the $1.7 billion merger of PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards, Mr.
Church was legal team lead responsible for integrating a combined legal
department consisting of nearly 100 attorneys and staff worldwide. At PeopleSoft
and Cisco Systems, he worked to standardize contract forms and processes in such
areas as IP protection, licensing, procurement and manufacturing, resulting in
significant cost savings. Mr. Church trained senior personnel in all areas of
operations and procurement on legal and business risk management. Mr. Church
also served as Senior Legal Advisor in the London headquarters of British Gas
where he was on the ground floor of developing and implementing new business
processes to help British Gas introduce a new competitive business model for
worldwide operations. His diverse experience with multinational organizations
across a range of industries has prepared him to quickly identify crucial
business and legal risks and successfully tackle large-scale projects. He also
worked as a litigation attorney with Cooley, Godward law firm and managed
litigation for McKesson Corporation. Mr. Church received his J.D. degree with
honors from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, and holds a B.A. in
psychology and English from Whitman College in Washington.

ROBERT
GAYMAN |

Robert Gayman
has been involved in consumer product sales and sales management since 1985. The
majority of his career has been dedicated to the technology and entertainment
sectors focusing on emerging technologies, specifically interactive gaming. He
brings to this venture an understanding of the retail community and how it
relates to the sales and category management of technology and entertainment
products at retail. Robert's background includes sales management positions at
Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) where he directed sales activities at
the following top tier retailers: Wal-Mart, Best Buy and Target. Under his
account direction, SCEA was awarded the supplier of the year award from
Wal-Mart. Robert was also recognized with an excellence in account management
award from SCEA for his sales performance and category management at Best Buy.
He later held executive VP of Sales positions at the 3DO Company and Acclaim
Entertainment.

MAUREEN
GRANDCOLAS |
|
Maureen Grandcolas is a 20
year veteran of Human Resources Management and Organizational
Development, Ms. Grandcolas has worked in organizations ranging from
seventy-five to 60,000 employees in eight industries and across five
continents. At Openwave Systems (formerly Phone.com), Ms. Grandcolas
served as Corporate Head of Human Resources. Ms. Grandcolas is an
expert in large scale change efforts with extensive experience in
integration strategy, organizational and cultural change planning,
and strategic communication. During her notable career, Ms.
Grandcolas has applied her change management expertise and
organizational behavior knowledge to a broad cross-section of events
ranging from initial public offerings to rapid growth,
multi-national expansion, global merger and acquisitions,
downsizing, outsourcing, system implementation, re-branding, new
leadership assimilation, and culture transformation.

BRYAN
HIDALGO, ESQ. |
|
Bryan Hidalgo has been
involved in the music industry since 1986. He brings to this venture the
business and legal expertise gained as a major record label business affairs
executive, a major motion picture company music legal affairs executive, and a
music attorney at a prominent entertainment law firm. Mr. Hidalgo, a member of
the California State Bar, received his Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA’s School
of Law in 1987. His first legal position was with the noted entertainment law
firm, the Menes Law Corporation, whose clients included Phil Collins, Genesis,
Pink Floyd, and B.B. King. He then served as Attorney for Music Legal Affairs
for Sony Pictures Entertainment, handling the negotiation and drafting of, among
others, soundtrack, composer, and publishing agreements for all of the studio’s
motion picture and video productions. Mr. Hidalgo subsequently took a position
as Associate Director of Business and Legal Affairs for MCA Records and Music
Entertainment Group, and was responsible for the negotiation and drafting of
MCA’s and Geffen Records’ recording artist, publishing, soundtrack and
merchandising agreements for such artists as Guns n’ Roses, Aerosmith, Cher,
Elton John, Tom Petty, and Patti LaBelle. After several years, Mr. Hidalgo
returned to the private sector and handled all music business and legal affairs
for Management Plus in connection with sports, television, motion picture and
music activities of the firm’s client Shaquille O’Neal, including set-up and
formation of, and artist and producer signings for, his joint venture TwisM
Records with Interscope Records. Mr. Hidalgo, now in private practice, is
currently working as a consultant to the record industry.

SALMASSIAN |

Zareh Salmassian
has been a Six Sigma Master Black Belt for over 4 years. He has nearly 30 years
experience as a key contributor in small and large companies, including over 5
years experience utilizing FJ&A’s unique methodology. He has been able to
achieve tremendous success by both directly applying and facilitating others in
the use of FJ&A’s methodology throughout a variety of transactional and
manufacturing processes. Not limited to only Six Sigma, Zareh has also used FJ&A’s
approach to lead organization wide Lean efforts to significantly improve process
efficiency. He has been recognized for developing effective systems to identify
inconsistencies and redesign/introduce standard operational and transactional
procedures. Mr. Salmassian is currently an FJ&A Associate.

Mike Roberts
has driven major transition projects in complex sales organizations throughout
his career. He takes a strategic view across an organization’s people
competences, roles / responsibilities, organization and infrastructure. He also
draws upon a ten year background in executive search, followed by ten years
progressing from field to international corporate sales management in the
technology sector, addressing multimillion dollar enterprise customers in a
variety of industries ranging from Retail, Telecommunications, Finance &
Banking, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Service Providers as well as engaging all
types of sales and distribution channel partners.

Paul Eibeler’s
past experience includes President and Director of Take 2 Interactive since 2000
and CEO from 2005. Paul joined Take 2 in 2000 and grew revenue from 300 million
to 1.2 billion and market cap from 200 million to 1.5 billion. Over 33 titles
achieved sales of over 1 million units. Paul was also a Board member for ESA,
governing body for Interactive Industry. Prior to Take 2, Paul was a consultant
for Microsoft X Box launch team, EVP of Acclaim, and VP-partner of Impact
International, leading supplier of licensed toys and school supplies.

PATRICK MAIORANO |

Patrick
Maiorano has been working in the high tech industry since 1995. He has an
extensive background in retail and direct-to-consumer distribution and supply
chain operations. His years of experience working for the world's largest
technology distributor, Ingram Micro, were a significant contributor during
Patrick's time with Intuit, the makers of Turbo Tax and Quicken software
products. While at Intuit, Patrick developed their award winning and best in
class retail distribution operation. Patrick has a background in Six Sigma and
has used FJA's Behavior Based Process Excellence approach to drive significant
improvements within various organizations. Patrick is currently an FJ&A
Associate and resides in Los Gatos, CA.

RANDALL RODRIGUEZ |
|
Randall Rodriguez
is an attorney that specializes in technology, financial and commercial
transactions, and he has practiced in these areas for over 20 years. In addition
to practicing law, Mr. Randall successfully planned, implemented and managed
several projects relating to legal and business processes. Further, he has
worked with clients to establish practices that continuously improve the
processes that are developed and implemented. He has a proven track record of
being able to work across companies to achieve business goals and objectives
within fast-paced business environments, and he has experience working with
heavy and lightly regulated businesses. Mr. Rodriguez was Assistant General
Counsel and Director at Intuit, Inc., and Senior Vice President and Counsel at
California Federal Bank, and he also served at Blackhawk Network, Inc. and
Varian Associates, Inc. Mr. Rodriguez is a certified Green Belt. In addition,
Mr. Rodriguez received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the
University of California at Berkeley (Haas School of Business) and a Juris
Doctor degree from University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall). He also
received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California at Davis and a
Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Sacramento.

JACKIE TUBIS |

Jackie Tubis
has been involved in business process management as well as merger and
acquisition consulting for the last 10 years, specializing in the Semiconductor
and Semiconductor Capital Equipment Industries. She has over 20 years of
engineering, marketing and general management experience with National
Semiconductor and Schlumberger Ltd., where she spent three years as President of
the Automated Test Equipment Division and also served as a Board Member for the
Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) industry association.
Ms. Tubis holds bachelor and master degrees in Natural Sciences (Physics) from
the University of Cambridge (UK) and has been a recipient of the YWCA’s Tribute
to Women in Industry (TWIN) award.
